About MaxCoreLab

Independent software reviews built on real-world testing, focused on Czech businesses.

Why We Started MaxCoreLab

MaxCoreLab was founded in Prague in 2023 by a small team of software professionals who were frustrated with the state of software reviews available to Czech businesses. Most review sites are either written for a US audience, funded by vendor partnerships, or simply too shallow to be useful.

We wanted something different: honest, in-depth analysis of the tools that Czech companies actually use, written by people who have spent real time with each product. We pay for our own software subscriptions, test tools in real business scenarios, and never accept payment for positive coverage.

Our focus is practical. We care about whether a tool works in Czech, whether it handles CZK invoicing, whether it complies with GDPR, and whether it integrates with the local software ecosystem. These are the questions Czech businesses ask, and they are the questions we try to answer.

Our Review Methodology

Every review on MaxCoreLab follows the same rigorous process to ensure consistency and reliability.

Extended Testing

We use each tool for a minimum of four weeks in real work scenarios before writing a review. We do not rely on demos or vendor briefings.

Czech Context

We evaluate every tool specifically for Czech business use: language support, local integrations, GDPR compliance, and CZK pricing.

No Sponsored Content

We do not accept payment for reviews or positive coverage. Our income comes from display advertising and affiliate links, which are always disclosed.

Regular Updates

Software changes constantly. We revisit and update our reviews when significant changes occur in pricing, features, or our assessment of a tool.

Transparent Ratings

Our ratings are broken down by category so you can see exactly where a tool excels and where it falls short, rather than a single opaque score.

Reader Feedback

We take reader feedback seriously. If you have used a tool and have a different experience from ours, we want to hear about it.
